We have printed a limited edition of class recipes. The purpose of this was to give people who may not be able to come to every class an opportunity to have a collection of our recipes. The book has 100 pages, no illustrations but all the recipes are much loved and well tested. It covers subjects from fingerfood, savoury first courses, main dishes, vegetables and lots of lovely desserts, cakes and easy breads.
