Beverley Sutherland-Smith's Cooking School undertakes to provide a full refund of all licence fees paid by a customer in respect of the Beverley Sutherland-Smith's products subject to the following conditions:

• Notification to Beverley Sutherland-Smith's Cooking School by email within three business days (i.e. Monday to Friday) of the date of commencement of the Licence to operate the Beverley Sutherland-Smith's Cooking School product.
  
• The Beverley Sutherland-Smith's Cooking School together with all manuals, inserts, outer box and any other material supplied with the software are returned in perfect condition to the nearest offices of Beverley Sutherland-Smith's Cooking School by recorded delivery.
  
• The customer shall provide a Statutory Declaration to Beverley Sutherland-Smith's Cooking School that the Beverley Sutherland-Smith's Cooking School has not been tampered with in any way in accordance with the provisions of the Beverley Sutherland-Smith's Cooking School product licence.
